Hurrah! I picked up a bag of "Easter egg" radishes while on vacation--pink, purple, and white--they were wonderful!I like radishes dipped into some softened unsalted butter, sprinkled with a few grains of sea salt, and eaten whole. Along the same vein, thinly sliced radishes on soft bread with butter is a trad. English tea sandwich. Yum.
